Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://underpressurepressurewashingllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC markets and arranges Pressure Washing Service, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, House Washing, Concrete Floor Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Under Pressure Pressure Washing LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. KY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
